Stopped into Mochinut on Alpine and it was such a fun experience. The shop itself is super cute with the pink aesthetic, neon signs, and colorful displays โ€” definitely a spot that feels trendy and welcoming the second you walk in. The donut case looked amazing with so many unique flavors to choose from. The mochi donuts were fresh, soft, and perfectly chewy. We tried several flavors and honestly it was hard to pick a favorite, but the Strawberry Shortcake, Cookies & Creme, and Ube were standout choices. The Korean corn dogs were also delicious โ€” crispy outside with gooey cheese inside and made fresh. Their drink menu has a ton of options too. The teas, smoothies, and refreshers all looked great and paired perfectly with the donuts. Staff was friendly and patient while we decided because there are so many fun choices. Overall, such a cute and unique dessert spot for the Grand Rapids area. Definitely worth visiting if you want something different from a traditional donut shop. Weโ€™ll absolutely be back to try more flavors!

This place makes great food, ESPECIALLY great donuts (mochinuts) theyre sooooo good. Soft doughy inside slightly crispy outside and flavors youd never expect to be amazing ARE! Highly, highly recommend it, they also have ramen (shin, hula, buldok, jin) you can purchase and make while youre there, as well as other delicious foods they make inhouse! Final words and favorite recommendation: blueberry cream dirty soda

Suuuuper tasty. Almost addictive honestly. You have to try everything. The taiyaki is chewy and flavorful, the mochinut donuts are all cute and loads of different flavors. Getting one is a lot more expensive than getting bundles so... Get some friends or try a load of different flavors for the best bang for your buck. Definitely coming again.

I took my daughter here. I can say it was such a fun experience for us! The atmosphere is so fun and inviting! On top of that, they have a relatively large menu with legitimate entrees!! I want to go back to try more! We ended up getting a dozen mochinuts, and let me tell you, the flavor is just so perfect. The mochinuts are like a ring of little balls, on a doughnut shape. They pretty much are, except they are so much better! You can just rip a piece off at your leisure and enjoy a flavor parade! I left mine at my mom and dad's and when we returned it was so picked through! They loved it! I also got a flaming hot cheetos Korean corn dog. It is big, let me warn you, BUT OMG IT WAS SO GOOD! We have literally not had such a fun time at a place like this in a while! They even have bored games on the tables! What are youw waiting for !

Delicious and unique!! If you are not familiar with rice flour then you are in for an experience!! If you are and love mochi-- then this is a must try. Milk tea with boba was the reason I went and the corn dog and donuts were a culinary adventure!!! Can't wait to return;
